ABN AMRO DOZ INTERIOR WORKS

ABN AMRO DOZ Interior Works is a Commercial Interior development consisting of offices, call centers and allied services to the buildings spanning over 83,000 Sq. feet Fit Out area.

ABN AMRO has taken up two large buildings from TECOM Investments FZ - L.L.C. on Long Lease and the proposed project will develop Commercial Interior for the Office and Call Centre operation. The Client’s design brief requires this development to be environmentally responsible addressing sustainability in general and specifically directed at achieving a Green Building rating such as LEED® - CI for Commercial Interior (CI). Based on the design brief, the Architects and the Engineers have made the Detailed Design adopting sustainable strategies of LEED®-CI. Tendering, Tender analysis and Contract award are in compliance with LEED®-CI requirements.

Green Technologies were commissioned by ABN AMRO to provide professional services for, LEED®-CI Assessment and recommendation on viability of LEED®-CI certification and or a rating of the project.

The feasibility of achieving LEED®-CI certification of its Commercial Interior Works was highlighted in the LEED®-CI Review/Outcome report, focussing on energy and atmosphere, water efficiency, indoor environmental quality, materials and resources, sustainable site and innovation in design.
A LEED®-CI Workshop was conducted by Green Technologies with the project team, providing them information on LEED®-CI and LEED®-CI as a design tool to achieve the objectives for its Commercial Interior works.

The LEED®-CI Workshop indicated that the development can be certified and strive for LEED® Gold rating under LEED®-CI for Commercial Interior.
