Refurbishing of the existing Zinc Bar by incorporating
a new interior design layout. This includes the
MEP engineering and for base MEP and upgrades to
engineering systems.
The Crowne Plaza Dubai, commissioned the services
of Green Technologies to Engineer the MEP Refurbishment
of the existing Zinc Bar from Concept to Completion.
The project involved the complete replacement of
the existing MEP building services and providing
new Building Services as per the New Architectural
/ Interior Design.
Wagamama @ The Greens
Construction
of the Wagamama @ The Greens Dubai. These include design of complete
MEP services including Low voltage Systems.
