The Retrofit of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment and Replace with the New Equipment - Hyatt Regency

The Hyatt Regency and Galleria, commissioned the services of ServeU under the management of a LEED™ Accredited Professional, to Engineer and Project Manage the retrofit of the 5000 Ton Chiller Plant.

Green Technologies provided the services of the LEED™ Accredited Professional, for Engineering, Energy Modeling and Project Management, from concept to completion.

The project involved the replacement of the 23 year old chiller plant, associated electrical works and MEP Building Services, without disrupting the operations of the hotel.

The retrofit include
