At a time when the Developers of high performance green buildings in the region, such as LEED Gold and Platinum achievers are aspiring to build iconic, energy independent structures, Green Technologies along with Jehan Green Walls FZE are driving to realize these aspirations through a Near Nett Zero Energy Building which will also pursue a LEED Platinum certification from the USGBC.
In keeping with the policies and objectives of the company, the Jehan Green Walls Office, is deemed to be built in line with the USGBC’s LEED for New Construction Rating System Version 2009.
