The project Highlights have been:

The construction of an 8100 Ton CHILLED WATER PLANT utilising
a land area that was previously used to generate 720 Tons
of cooling.
|

Improved energy efficiency by more than 25% over ASHRAE
STD 90.1, using very high efficiency chillers, low loss
transformers, high efficiency pumps, fans and motors and
improved building envelope.

|
Improved water efficiency
by more than 30% over the Energy Policy Act 1992 (EPACT-1992)
using, low loss cooling towers, water recycling plant that
reuses cooling tower blow down and the use of low flow sanitary
faucets. |
|
Improved indoor environmental
quality, including demand controlled ventillation, individual
operator controls. |
