Surpassing Client’s Expectations – AXA Dubai, UAE, Eligible for LEED Silver

Green Technologies, the LEED Consultants of the AXA LEED certification project, congratulates the Summertown Team on achieving 59 LEED points commensurate with the LEED Silver status, obtaining 36.48% Water Use Reduction, over 75% Construction Waste Diverted from Landfills, and 36.57% Reduction in Connected Lighting Power Density.
On 21st January 2015, the Axa Building, Dubai, UAE, which initially aimed for the basic LEED Certified Level of 40-49 points, was made eligible for the LEED Silver level of certification, under the International LEED 2009 for Commercial Interiors Rating System.
