Green Technologies partnered with DuBox(formerly Amana Concrete Modular Construction (CMC), the Master Developerto deliver the LEED Volume Program (LVP), with a view to scaling up LEED Projects that are being executed in the Middle East. The LEED Certification of the Program was completed in January 2017 with the LVP achieving LEED ‘Gold’ Certification, exceeding the targeted ‘Silver’ Certification Level.
The first success story of this initiative, has been the ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) adopting the LEED Volume Program on their Temporary Guest House project located in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates with a total gross floor area of 854,176 SF. The whole development consists of the construction of 8 similar Guest House buildings, a mosque, an amenity center and service blocks which would serve as an accommodation facility for ADNOC staff and guests.
