The Solar Decathlon is an international competition formed by the U.S. Department of Energy wherein universities from all over the world take part to design, build and operate an a self-sufficient house powered on solar Power (Grid-connected), as the only source of energy.
Green Technologies has proudly undertaken some of the most challenging and iconic Engineering and Sustainability Projects in the Middle East. One of our recent flagship Projects where Green Technologies was involved in delivering the first ‘Net Zero’ Home in the Middle East, bares similarity to the context of the Solar Decathlon Middle East 2018.

This will be the very first edition of the Solar Decathlon Middle East that has been launched, where Dubai will be hosting the event in 2018.
