In keeping with this corporate mandate of commitment to sustainability, Carrier UTC has pursued LEED certification for the interior fit-out works for their office space in Level 2 of Palladium Building located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Carrier UTC has commissioned the services of Sustainability Consultant, Green Technologies, to take the project to successful LEED certification.

In May 2015, the U.S. Green Building Council has awarded the project a LEED Gold certification under the LEED 2009 for Commercial Interiors’ rating system from the U.S Green Building Council.
