Bringing sustainability to the next level, Otis LLC has pursued LEED certification for the interior fit-out works for their office space in Level 2 of Palladium Building, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Green Technologies FZCO (GT), an Engineering, LEED and Sustainability consultancy firm with extensive experience in delivering iconic Sustainability, Engineering and LEED projects in the Middle East and Asia, was engaged by Otis, to provide LEED consultancy services to take the project through LEED certification.

In April 2015, the project has achieved certification at Gold level under the LEED 2009 for Commercial Interiors’ rating system from the U.S Green Building Council.
