Description:

Green Technologies provided the services of the LEED TM Accredited Professional, for Engineering, Energy Modeling and Project Management, from concept to completion.

 

The project involved the replacement of the 23 year old Chiller Plant, associated electrical works and MEP Building Services, without disrupting the operations of the hotel.

 

The retrofit included

 

  • 5000 Tons of Centrifugal Chillers
  • 6000 Tons of Cooling Towers
  • Condenser water Pumps.
  • MEP Building Services

 

New equipment include

 

  • Chiller Plant Manager
  • Variable Speed Chillers
  • Variable Flow Primary Pumping
  • Chiller Plant Manager

  • No disruption to Hotel operations
