The Home of Innovation Demonstration Home at the Home of Innovation campus at Riyadh Techno Valley at King Saud University exemplifies the best in current sustainable home design, and has achieved LEED Platinum rating, the highest level of recognition by the U.S Green Building Council (USGBC), thus making this project the First LEED Platinum Certified Homes project in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
